We offer a 60-day risk-free trial, which means you have 60 days from the date you receive your Quitehome to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused or gently tested
• It must be in original condition and packaging
Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns may be refused if the device shows clear signs of excessive use or damage not related to a fault.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Non-Returnable Items

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return your original item.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be:

Refunds
